Meteora monastery in the fog
The monasteries at Meteora were built in the 14th century atop limestone pillars. Today 6 of the original 24 monasteries are still active.

The cliff top in Ia is covered with whitewashed buildings and churches. Usually, they have the blue dome but these 2 are a little different.

We didn't see a lot of clouds on Santorini in September but these were particularly beautiful at sunset.

Panagia Paraportiani
The Panagia Paraportiani church on Mykonos. Construction began in 1425 but the church was not completed until the 1600s.
Bellringer
The bellringer came out at sunset on Mykonos to signal the end of the day.
Mykonos windmills
They were originally built to grind grain but now act as a tourist attraction including one that is a vacation rental.
